BEF is committed to excellence and education. We exist to raise funds for new, innovative programs and projects for the classroom. Once a year, in the fall, district teachers will have the opportunity to submit applications for grants to the foundation for review. The Grant Committee will determine the innovative projects that will be funded. Those selected teachers will be notified in May and funds will be immediately available.
Now is your chance to dream about having the resources to introduce that new program that you’ve wanted to use in you classroom.
Grant Deadline for the 2026-2027 school year is Monday March 2nd.

To apply for a grant, please follow these steps.
- Read the Guidelines carefully.
- Consult your campus principal as well as the technology director if necessary.
- Fill out the grant application online.
- Upload grant details and documents per the rubric.
- Self-evaluate your proposal using the Rubric provided. Make any final adjustments necessary.
- Fill out and upload the Budget Detail Sheet or provide a similar itemized document detailing projected cost with application.
